I am a PGY3 surgical resident, MBA candidate, and newly minted AAS member. I am eager to support the AAS for the critical role it plays in a young surgeon’s career, and have always harbored a passion for medical education and program development. Previously, I have served as an instructor at the Jefferson Health Design Lab, developed a 3D Printing in Medicine curriculum for industrial design students and medical students, and implemented unique Design Thinking workshops for a diverse range of audiences. I would be honored to serve the AAS, and welcome the opportunity to apply my operational experience to create and execute programs that address contemporary concerns in academic surgery.
