I am a general surgery resident interested in serving on the Education Committee. Ever since my time in medical school, I have been passionate about medical education. As a medical student, I co-designed an augmented reality breast anatomy module, which served as the pilot for an overhaul of our anatomy curriculum. I carried this passion into residency, where I have conducted multiple education research projects and pursued a Masters of Medical Education. I am also currently working to create a more engaging educational experience for our surgical clerkship students. I would be honored to bring my experience and passion as both a researcher and a trained educator to the Education Committee.
