My motivation to join an AAS committee stems from a deep-seated passion for both surgery and the advancement of our field. Although I may be new to formal committee roles, my enthusiasm and dedication drive me to seek this opportunity. I am committed to bringing fresh perspectives and innovative ideas. Joining a committee represents a significant step in my professional development. It provides a platform to learn from experienced mentors, engage in strategic decision-making, and contribute to initiatives that shape the future of our field. I am eager to collaborate with fellow members to drive positive change and enhance the quality of our field.
