Statement
I am a new AAS Candidate Member looking to get substantively involved. I am currently an endocrine surgery fellow at Johns Hopkins planning to continue in academic surgery. My research interest is in education and I have past and present publications/projects on DEI topics. I have a particular interest in parenthood during surgical training and the impact of being a woman on the experience and progression to competency of trainees.
