New Video Content on aasurg.org

Two AAS Committees are pleased to present informational videos on the AAS website. As part of an initiative to create useful web content for AAS members on a variety of subjects relating to academic surgery, the AAS Leadership Committee and the AAS Global Affairs Committee have produced videos on two great topics:

Time Management Tips for Academic Surgeons

and

Top Ten Travel Tips for Global Surgery

Please take a moment and check out this new content on aasurg.org. More videos are on the way, including “Contract Negotiation” – two videos being created by the Committee on Academic Advancement.

If you have an idea for a video, or an existing video that you’d like to share with your AAS colleagues, please contact us!

Webmaster at Association for Academic Surgery
The Association for Academic Surgery was founded in 1967 and has grown significantly over the years being widely recognized as an inclusive surgical organization with over 2,500 member surgeons. Active members have traditionally held faculty appointments at a recognized academic center. Active membership is also available to senior/chief residents and fellows in approved training programs in general surgery and the surgical specialties. The impetus of the membership remains research-based academic surgery.
