Hello! Fostering the development of early career surgeons into leaders is a key part of academic surgery. I have served on the Finance Committee and am currently a member of the Leadership Committee. As a moderator for the ECDC, I facilitated engagement between junior AAS members and senior leaders resulting in numerous meaningful interactions. I hope to expand these offerings to address the evolving needs of AAS members. I have valued the chance to collaborate with this diverse and inclusive group of surgeons within AAS and appreciate your consideration to continue to serve on the AAS Leadership Committee.  Thank you!
