Statement
I am a transplant surgeon and health services researcher focused on disparities in access to transplantation. My work spans from community-based participatory research to geospatial analysis to health policy, and it is supported by intramural grants, society funding, and an AHRQ K08.
Having been part of the AAS for many years, most recently on the program committee, I recognize how the resources, guidance and mentorship I have received through the AAS and its members have been vital to my career. I hope to contribute to the AAS by serving on the Clinical and Health Services Research Committee.
